Who am I?

Tanner Tomak began his filmmaking journey back in 2010, by working with his brother to create a Legend of Zelda-inspired short film. Though it never made it to the screen, it ignited a passion that has only grown deeper.

Tanner attended Butler County Community College obtaining an Associates of Applied Sciences in Digital Audio/Video Production. He then furthered his studies at PennWest University Edinboro where he attained a Bachelors of Fine Arts in Digital Filmmaking & Photography. He graduated Cum Laude from both institutes.

Now, fifteen years later, he is a skilled videographer and filmmaker, with experience on both sides of a camera, in stage production and in sound design. With acquired knowledge, he can blend creative vision with technical expertise to tell captivating stories.

Together with his brother, Tanner
co-founded Tomahawk Productions, an independent film label based in the Greater Pittsburgh region. Through this collaboration, he continues to pursue bold creative projects while building a platform for original storytelling.
